My smarthub is not broadcasting long enough.
I want to restart it and start the setup from scratch.
How do I proceed to restart it?

The only option ON the smart hub (if you login to it) is restart.  The smarthub only runs in DHCP mode, so there is no network configuration. Do be sure you DHCP server (usually part of the router) is still functioning and not 'out of available addresses' (possible for really big collections of internet devices :) or routers that have the DHCP block setting set to a small number )

Hello Giuliano,

Please power cycle your smartHUB and router. To do this, you will unplug your Ethernet cable from the router then the adapter for the HUB. After this you can unplug your router. Please leave them unplugged for about 5 minutes. When you plug them back in plug the router in first and let it completely boot up, then you can plug the Ethernet cable into the router after that the adapter.  This resets the smartHUB.  Please let us know if you have any other questions. Thank you.
