Replacing Smart Hubs under warranty

Just received notice that smart hub is being discontinued.   I have owned this product less than a year and falls into the 1 year warranty repair/replacement.   Will I be able to send the smarthub back to you for a free replacement on the new access point?

Phone numbers don't work! Has the company died?

Email is the only way, and that's not fast.

Mine is barely 60 days old.  Definitely under warranty.

I bought the new smart hub even though my Pro 5 in 1 is less than a year old. I set up a new account for it, I can't access the new account and can't add it to the old one. None of the support numbers work. I feel like I have been had!

After 5 days I have yet to hear anything from acurite.....this is so acuwrong. Please advise, do I send mine in for a free replacement under the 1 year warranty? I spent over $300 for a system I thought would last only to be told I need to spend more if I want to keep it working...soooo ACUWRONG!

After 6 days, still no reply or email to my account.....but Acurite can respond to another person in this post?   Are you for real?  Come on.....please answer my question....My unit is under one year and still falls into the warranty.   Will you be sending free replacements of the new access or do I need to send mine back?  The fact you are ending the service, is no fault of mine or the unit...Please advise.....this is soooo ACUWRONG!!!

Day 8, no email or response....I am beginning to think they are either closed for this month, going out of business, or very generous with the days off policy as there is no one to respond to their community board.  They don't list a company email, and it is at least a 30 min call hold wait....perhaps only one person is left working.....I will keep trying here....

Hello Jafo,

We apologize for the delay in response. We have extended the life of the smartHUB until February 28, 2019. If there is an issue with your smartHUB during that time frame and it does fall within the warranty period, we would honor the warranty. Please let us know if there is anything further we can assist you with.
