Replacement modem is on, but....

I received my replacement bridge two days ago, I connected it up as instructed. As of right now, the Sensor Status blue light is steady on, the network status light is on but blinks off for about 1 second, every 20-30 seconds. Looks like it is trying to communicate, my modem light blinks at the same time. My dashboard still gives the black screen message that it has not about a week. ?? Carl

The lights sound fine.

Did you register the new SmartHUB to your account?

I bought a new smart HUB which I received with 48 hrs rather than wait weeks for a replacement HUB. When I connected the new HUB it immediately registered with HDCP & got an IP address - major progress. After I pushed the button on the bottom of the HUB it began a firmware update that took a couple hours to computer. I then registered the HUB to my account and chose my barametric setting. It took a bit of time but I could finally see my weather stations output on MyAcuRite. Next I reregistered with WUnderground and in 20 minutes my station was back on the map. Hope this helps you.
