replacement hub australia

Hello,

Just following up status of replacent hub form submitted around 1st Oct.

1. My orginal hub was completely inoperative after upgrade (all troubleshooting performed but no lights at all) The MAC adresss for Hub 1 which was a year old is in the orginal replacement form.
2. I had already ordered a new 2nd hub via Amazon which has arrived and. is the one currently active and working on my account.
3 .I had prepared for the upgrade and had 15 sensors probably your whole range all delivered from Acurite and Amazon waiting to be hooked up over the 2 hubs.
4. Still just witing to get the orginal hub replaced so can get all of these sensors online.
5 ive seen that you are not posting intenational, should i resubmit with US freight forwarding address?
6. The US post details are listed on my Acurite shop account as i have purchased direct from you before with same email, dont want to resubmit if this further confuses the process.
