Replace smart hub data loss

Hello, I just upgraded my smart hub and see that all of my data in my account prior to the upgrade is not in my charts. Am I doing something wrong or is the data gone ?

Hello John,

We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. To retrieve your data we would recommend you re-add your smartHUB back to My AcuRite. You will add back the sensors to your smartHUB that were on there previously. Once this is done you can download up to 30 days of data to a CSV file on your computer. We sincerely apologize for this.
