Folks - The situation of the smart hub not staying connected has now reached a point of way beyond poor support/product service. For more than a month my smart hub randomly disconnects and reconnects multiple times during the day - every day...come on ... as far as I am concerned this renders the product useless and completely unreliable. It has been updated to 47 - no change - there is a support ticket out there and what I read here is that everyone is having problems but there is no fix. To be clear - there is no way that I could recommend your product to anyone at this time...please get this fixed... Ted Chrimes
