rainfall transmitting problem

I have the 5 in 1 pro, it works great but the rainfall is not uploading to acurite connect or to weather underground. its fine on my monitor and all other items are transmitting fine, how can I fix this?

Hello Kenny Lee,

Please verify that the temperature, humidity, wind, are working properly. If so, perform a factory reset on the display by pressing and holding the RESET button that is located in the battery compartment for approximately 15 seconds.

I have another rainfall event comingĀ  in the next few days ill see if I continue having this problemĀ  if it does ill try the reset. it has 2 more days in the learning mode so want to see what happens. thank you a lot
