The monitor will display rainfall for the past 48 hours but the week, month, & year totals reset to 0.00" each night. BTW, I called yesterday & after being "in line" for 3hrs & 16min I got a message there was a "system failure" & my call could not be handled.

To do so, enter display menu by pressing the gear button all the way on the left then arrow down to Factory Reset in the Menu settings. Change the next option to "YES" then the display will tell you to press the "Check mark" twice. Please let us know if this issue continues. Thank you.
