Rainfall not reporting to My AcuRite

So now the smart hub is staying connected (but still with a weak signal) and all parameters EXCEPT rain are reporting to My Acurite.  It's been raining for hours and the display shows .22" which is correct...but My Acurite shows no rain at all today.  What's the problem?  Thanks.

Hello wxman,
We would like to look at your my AcuRite account for this, I know you have an open email case, can you provide us with the email address via email? At what time did you receive rain? Did the HUB go offline at all? Thank you.

Rachell, please send an email to my registered address and I'll reply with the address used for My Acurite.  Everything was online and reporting except the rain.  It rained all of last evening up to .24" on the display but zero on My Acurite until 2am or so when .01" registered.
