Rainfall not reported to online App but shows on home display units

I replaced my 5n1 this weekend and all seems ok with the base stations in the house but the My AcuRite site and WU today shows no rainfall recorded on either of the online sites.  My old 5n1 and hub showed the info fine.  I had to replace the 5n1 because the temp monitor failed.  My hub device id is 24:C8:6E:04:BE:E5.  I rebooted the hub after the 5n1 was replaced.  What are my next steps?

Hello Brent,

We attempted to look up your account by the device ID and the email address registered to the community forum. We are not able to pull up an account for either one of these. Please check and make sure that you typed out the device Id correctly. Is the device registered on My AcuRite?
