Rainfall not calculating correctly

Three images all taken at the same time. Note the rainfall totals on the device vs. the data in the app. I thought when it was wrong the first day, it was just that it hadn't updated yet. Now it's off by almost 1/2.

The only difference between when it worked and when it didn't was I replaced with the new AcuRite Access (which has had other connectivity issues).

Thoughts? Help AcuRite!

It amazes me that after a week there is still nothing from Acurite on this. 

Am I just going to have these out of sync now forever? Never had this issue until I got the "New and improved" system.

We are very sorry for the delay in response. We did issue an update Mid-April that should have corrected this issue. I can see your Access has updated. Does this issue continue? Thank you.

Possibly? I am not sure as it's not really rained much since.

But, a month for support is insane!
