rainfall not accurate when sent to mobile

First, let me say the 5 in 1 Weather Station I purchased is fantastic. The data received is comprehensive, the screen is great - I am really pleased. Just a couple of questions from a new user. I love the hook up to the computer, but am interested in the new Access connection. It seems all the comments are from "Beta" users. Is this something a regular homeowner should order now, or wait until testing is done?. Also, I believe that my 5 in 1 display unit can be plugged into a wall outlet in another room from the router and the Access unit and does not have to be physically connected.  One last beginning question - the rainfall is recorded from the display unit to the saved computer file, but it is not accurate on My Acurite mobile app and is a steady zero on the My Acurite app on the computer.  Thank you.

Hello Tom,

The beta testing for the AcuRite Access is complete. Your display can be plugged into an outlet anywhere in the house. The Access would be plugged into the router via an Ethernet cable that is provided. If you have a switch, you can use that as well. If you are not transmitting online for some reason while it is raining the rain will not register online. When is the last time you received rainfall on the display? What is the date and time?
