My Smarthub was offline during some rain this week. The gauge has recorded the rain each day but I don’t see it on MyAcuRite. The Smarthub is back online so is this thing going to sync up at some point?
We see your rain gauge is currently updating on my AcuRite. If the smartHUB was offline when you received rain, the sensor does not store that information to send to my AcuRite. The rain will not be sent if the HUB or sensor is offline. Please let us know if you have any questions. Thank you.
