Product Shipping takes too long

I ordered a product on 2/19/2018, at this point the order has not shipped. It is supposed to arrive 3/1/2018. This is ridiculous. Over a week to even put the product in a box and ship it? Absolutely ridiculous. And then then only way to contact you is a long distance phone number. Horrible customer service.
