product registration 1058-rm issues

Purchased this item from Costco for my wife. When trying to register the product, the page does not respond after pressing the submit button. No error messages. Please advise.

I am having the same exact issue. In addition when I got the mobile to app it will not connect let me connect because it says my device is not registered.

We see a station registered to your email address.  The Model is a 01536 from Costco, is this the station you have been trying to register?  Thank you and have a great day!
