Problem with Online Dashboard Rainfall Reporting

I have a 01057RM 5-in-1 and today the total rainfall was showing up the same on both the monitor and the dashboard, then all of a sudden the rain total on the dashboard dropped to zero at 12pm.  I have read some posts saying that it may have to do with the signal strength between sensor and the bridge, which makes no sense since the dashboard is displaying the total rainfall for a day which should not reset until 12am.  Also, not it is still raining and the dashboard is not reporting any additional rainfall but shows to have strong signal strength with the sensors.  This seems to be an obvious software glitch.

Hello Jared,

I see your smartHUB was offline from 11:55PM to 1:06PM. If the smartHUB loses connection or misses a transmission, it can reset rain like you see here.  Unfortunately, there is not a fix for this issue. If the smartHUB goes offline you will most likely see a reset on the account. This is an issue with the smartHUB not My AcuRite. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
