Problem with Acurtite dashboard lagging - Smart Hub 5in1 Weather Station (Weather Underground is showing up to date data)

My Acurite Dashboard has a 3 + Hour lag in the data.

Device indicator marker is Red, and shows Signal Strong, Battery Strength Normal, Last updated 3 hours ago, Status OFFLINE
Weather Underground however is showing up to date data (Rain levels, Wind gusts etc. are all current)

I have power cycled my Hub which doesn't resolve this (Flashing Yellow for Ethernet connection, Blue lights either side of the Hub)
I can connect to the Hub via Browser/IP and everything looks normal.

When I view the Device status, it shows Late updated Mar 1, 2017 4:25:32AM, Status Offline. If I refresh and view this fifteen minutes later, it shows Last Updated Mar 1, 2017 4:50AM, Status Offline.
The actual local time when I did this was 7:30AM and 7:50AM

Acurite Dash shows 0.34 rainfall totals, however Weather Underground shows 0.82 inches (Which matches the 5in1 Remote Hardware display)

Since Hardware appears to be working and matched WUnderground data, I can only conclude the OFFLINE message is a problem with the Acurite Dash/Services?
The same behavior is seen both WebBased Acurite Dash using Internet Explorer, and when using the Acurite Application for iOS.

(Note Last data time on the yellow chart shows 4am... Local time is actually 7:50am)

Wuderground is up to date:

I'm on my splash page, (direct from the smarthub, not myacurite) and the smarthub keeps dropping all my sensors, for a minute or so, then they will all pop back on. Something is not normal...

Hello Jon008,

The system was slowly coming back online. You should be up and transmitting now. Please let us know if you experience any problems. Thank you.

The is a problem with the server service that accurite use. https://support.acurite.com/acurite/t...

Acurite should have a pop up or some kind of notification when thing like this happens so you can see as soon you open their web page or forum. what is going on.

Leandro they do its on the first page of this forum upper right, It kind of blends in not very noticeable. It would be good if they could put important messages in a red background.

I wish there was a better way for Acurite to communicate server issues more quickly, else we tend to start monkeying with our smart HUB or changing batteries or clogging the phone lines at Acurite. I'm reluctant to subscribe to ALL the forum topics with notification for each just to know my issue is not my problem. I don't check the website unless their is an issue . Even then, it is often hard to find a statement from Acurite or worse there IS no statement. A couple of cloud based services I use send an immediate email when there is a disruption....it helps. Or, as stated above, at least a popup when the website is accessed. Could Acurite do This? Seems it could save everybody a lot of trouble.

Thanks everyone, I search the forums too and couldn't find that information (Until I searched Amazon) and now I see it. It was more confusing since my son a few miles from here (Jeredt in my screenshots) is not experiencing any problems... so You automatically assume it's something wrong with my setup!

Thanks for the feedback everyone tho!

(I'm now showing about an hour lag so it does seem to be catching up slowly)

Hello Wayne,

If just the blue lights are not working press and hold the activate/register button for about 10 seconds and it should turn them back on.  The emails you receive regarding products come from our marketing department which is a separate type of email. We are evaluating different ways to communicate with our customers.

Thank you Jennifer and Ledrak.  Blue lights are back on and looking correct.  Also re-entered the WU data and now have WU link back up.  All looks normal again.
 Best Regards.

My blue lights are out also but one of my three sensors seems to be reporting and up to date  The other two show strong signal, good battery, but off line.  The remote desk monitors are reporting the sensor just fine.  Guess I will just wait.  I can log into the smart Hub and it reports all three sensors as good.  WU reports my station down 16 hours.

Gary the server problem Acurite / Amazon are having did not affect reporting to WU. I'm guessing you tried troubleshooting your system and caused a problem. You say your blue lights are out, did you push the activate button? If you did no problem just push and hold the button for 10 - 15 seconds and the lights should come back on. If this is the case you will also have to re enter your WU info because the activate button messes with it.
