Problem SmartHub to Access

Trying to move from SmartHub to Access and not getting it to work.  Blue Network status light is on solid.  But on back amber light is solid and green light flashes.  When I go to https://www.myacurite.com/#/devices and add my device it dosen’t see it.  But if I go to network ip address 192.168.1.xx of the access it show Access info (ie Firmware Ver 46, Device ID ) and sensor list with all of the sensors.  Any ideas for solution to this.

Not sure how long you have been hooked up but I'd wait to see if you first update Firmware 47.  It may take a few minutes for this to happen and finally for your device section within the Access to start populating your devices.

Robert there is a save and restart button on the Access splash page.  Click on that and see what happens when the Access restarts.  Might wake things up and get that new firmware loaded.  FYI do not make any changes in the fields that are displayed on the splash page.

I have tried the restart on the access splash page, left it for over 24 hrs with nothing.  I then pressed the manual reset on the back of the unit then removed power, and removed batteries and then powered the unit back up. I still get nothing.  Still on software version 46.  Very frustrating.

Francois,
Log into your router and determine the ip-address of your Access.  The in your browser put in the ip-address and you will get the following info:

Firmware Version:

Device ID:

Server Name:

Wunderground ID:

Wunderground Password:

Wunderground Device:

Elevation (feet):

Along with the following for each sensor that it is seeing.

#     Type Id       Last Time (UTC)      SignalBattery

If you Smarthub is still connected, you need to REMOVE sharing to Wunderground for that device: Only ONE share per Wunderground ID
