I too agree that this company needs a lot of improvement. I called last week and was number 11 in line. After 2 hours on hold I was number 4. They served 7 customers in 2 hours!!! I could no longer hold so I hung up. Because they don't have a 1 800 number my call cost me $17. AND WHY DON'T THEY HAVE AN EMAIL SERVICE!! The product I was calling about an 06046m display has been a night mare since I got it last week. How am I suppose to get help. Yes I will go to their forums and complain on their site but I have zero hope of ever resolving my problem. Thanks for your post. I just wish there was a way to get this company's attention.
