Poor service

I too agree that this company needs a lot of improvement. I called last week and was number 11 in line. After 2 hours on hold I was number 4. They served 7 customers in 2 hours!!! I could no longer hold so I hung up. Because they don't have a 1 800 number my call cost me $17. AND WHY DON'T THEY HAVE AN EMAIL SERVICE!! The product I was calling about an 06046m display has been a night mare since I got it last week. How am I suppose to get help. Yes I will go to their forums and complain on their site but I have zero hope of ever resolving my problem. Thanks for your post. I just wish there was a way to get this company's attention.

This is why I'm about to pull the trigger on doing a chargeback for the new items I bought. They are simply not responding on these message boards. They provide an email address to write to, but when you do, you get an auto-response stating to call a phone number. When you call the number provided, there is a message that this number is no longer in use, and to call another number. And then you are on hold for EVER, and if you're lucky, you don't get disconnected.

I'd rather get help to solve these issues, but they don't seem to care. The next logical step would be to RMA this junk, but how exactly do you do that? They aren't responding in any of their various "support channels", so how would I get a response for an RMA? The next logical step is....chargeback.
