Poor Customer Service

I am happy with the products I have purchased. However, customer service is poor. After purchasing a the new My Acurite Hub in early Feb 2018 I rcvd an email offering 10% off on any additional purchases. On 24 Feb 2018 I ordered two indoor sensors and attempted to use the 10% coupon. The website replied the coupon code was invalid. I placed the order and then wrote an email to customer service requesting the 10% be applied. It never was and I never received a reply. I sent one follow-up email and neither has there been action nor a reply. Great products, poor customer service.
