Pls make acurite Access—hw solution for sw problem—available internationally

I have the Acurite 02064p. It’s the Professional 5 in 1. From the start PC connect (Mac, OS X latest version) has been a nightmare. When it works, it prevents my screen saver from launching, risking damage to my display. If I have to restart my computer, or have an internet outage, it stops automatically saving the csv file and online data resets. It’s just impossible to get a stable record of weather conditions without writing them up from the indoor display.

The Access looks like it will solve these problems—a dedicated always-on hub for the monitor is a good idea. And the new special offer clearly reflects the fact that this is about solving a problem with earlier models.

Problem is, the offer is available only from the Acurite website, which ships only to the US and Canada. Acurite is supposed to be supported in Australia too, where I am, but the offer is not available to us.

So: Acurite, bravo for recognising a problem and finding a solution (though, hey, you could also sort out the awful PC connect app). But pls sort it out for your Aussie customers too.
