I placed this order on January 7th and all looked good; however, when I checked my Visa statement, you had put 2 holds for $159.98 and 1 for $59.98 on the card. With my discount code, the correct charge should have been $59.98. I checked the Visa account yesterday and now there is just one hold for $159.98. I then checked the order status on you web site and it says the order has been canceled. After waiting on line for an Acu-Rite representative and being dropped 3 times while reading through the issues on your support forum, all I want now is to have the hold removed from my Visa. I'll stick with my existing hub until you get this one working properly.
Please remove the hold from my Visa.
