Please allow 24-hour temperature data in charts for week, month, year and all time

I purchased the AcuRite temperature sensor and bridge so that I could monitor my greenhouse. As I am experimenting with winter crops, having full temperature data (not just highs and lows) is important to me as I figure out how tolerant certain crops are to periods of freezing weather. Seeing 24-hour data for more than just the last 24 hours is imortant to me, and it's why I bought the system in the first place. Since the software upgrade, the system is far less useful for me and I am disappointed that I can no longer use it in the way that I intended. Please allow this view of the data in future software upgrades.

I had the same issue.  Try three (3) day periods (or less) using "custom."  You will find that feature under the "today" pull down menu when you are looking at the "charts and detail" screen.  You will get a graph showing a temperature reading every 15 minutes over the three day (or less) period.  Pick any three day (or less) period from the two calendars (start date and end date) shown.

I was told this by an Acurite representative.  Do not know why they do not broadcast this feature to everyone but communication is not Acurites's strong point.

Additional note: I also have the Lacrosse Alerts system, which gives daily and weekly graphs and tables, running parallel to the Aculink system .  The Lacrosse sensors also have probes which are handy for inside refrigerators (or immersed in water) while the sending unit is outside.  Also the Lacrosse system is very valuable when the Acurite web site is down.

Hello Madisongal,

You can view the data points at 5 minute intervals as Lee states above. However, this data is only available for 31 days. Please let us know if you have any other questions. Thank you and have a great day!
