Hello, can a customer service rep please provide a working phone #? Is Acurite still in business? my idea is to provide a new phone # please and thank you.
update: i got thru to the 1262 729-4852, waited "in line" for 3 hrs 11 minutes, went from customer #8 in line to the phone # that was to be helped. when the phone rang thru to a customer service rep, I received msg stating that their systems were down and I would be disconnected. I was disconnected after 3 hrs 11 minutes of wait. Additionally, the system to leave a call back does not work. You key in the number and it does not hear the numbers typed in. I think there are some serious problems going on at ACURITE or they are out of business.
The phone lines were working today and I got thru to talk to someone within 4 minutes. The customer service rep was very helpful and I was able to order a new access point replacing my old Smart-hub. Thank you, it looks like your phones systems are up and operational today.
