I have reset the display, uninstalled and downloaded the program multiple times, tried a different USB port and restarted the computer.  Can't get the data to transfer to the computer.  Any other programs out there that is compatible with Acurite weather stations that one would suggest?

Sounds crazy, but try again much later in the day.  I sometimes have the same problem.  Also, unplug the pc connect cable from the display.  Restart the computer and then open PC Connect.  Then plug in to display and if it says reading display and after a minute or so doesn't say receiving data.  It may be at Acurite's end.  I have this same problem from time to time.

How long has it been going on?  Also, have you tried a different cable?  I have cables that will work with one "thing" but won't work on something else.  You filled in the information correctly ?  The 12 digit ID on the PC connect?  Mine isn't working now either.  Wait till Tuesday and call Acurite.  Mine can work fine for days and then have problems.  I love the Smart Hub.  Stays connected 24/7.

Found out if I had the PC Connect to automatic transfer instead of hitting the transfer now button I was finally able to get past data in csv format.  Unfortunately, the rain column doesn't match what is on the console.  Seems like the figures are cumulative, but then there is an entry when I got a negative amount of rain.  Anybody else have problems with this?

Get a HUB and then you don't have to worry about that and it reports 24/7.

Hello Brandon,

What is the display reading for rain, and what is the CSV file reading for rain? If the display had rain on it before you set up the PC Connect it will not show any of that data.
