PC Connect stopped sending data to Acurite still sends to Weather Underground

My model 01036A1 (purchased in Dec 2016) was working until a couple weeks ago when I needed to replace the sensor batteries.  I did this and also replaced the batteries in the display unit.  Now my PC Connect software says it's getting data from the display and sending data to AcuRite but new data is not available on the dashboard. The last data received there was just prior to battery swap.  On the other hand, the weather underground says they are getting data.

Hello Jerry,

We see you are currently offline on Weather Underground as well as my AcuRite.  You do not want the Weather Underground credentials in my AcuRite as well as the PC Connect software.  Please remove the sharing from my AcuRite.  Please verify the display is on Mode 3. Verify you downloaded the new AcuRite PC Connect software (v.2.0.3 Windows or 1.0.46 Mac) and removed the previous software you had been using. Once this is done, PC Connect needs to be connected to add the MAC address/Device ID. Under Data Transfer you should check the box if you want automatic data transfers, then chose how often you would like them to transfer. Below you should see Weather Sharing, check the box that says Share my Weather Data, a box should appear asking for your Device ID, enter the 12 digit ID and click 'Share Now'. Under status you should see the display detected, below you should see a time stamp of the current data transfer. Below you should see My AcuRite Sharing Active. Thanks for the tip about not sending to WU from both the dashboard and PC Connect.  I have corrected that and, as of about 8:30am local time have been reporting to WU but there's still no data getting through to my AcuRite dashboard - even though PC connect indicates it is sending to Acurite.

I have also verified I am connected USB Mode '3' and running v2.0.3 of PC Connect.  All the appropriate boxes are checked regarding sharing weather data and the MAC Address matches what's on the display unit.  

What are the next steps in determining what's wrong?

Hello Jerry,

Please make sure you have your display in USB mode 3(depending on the model number of the display you may not have a USB mode). On the PC Connect software under status it should say the display console is detected. Below that last data received should be a current date and time stamp. Below that My AcuRite Sharing should say Data Sending. If it does not please go to Weather Sharing, and make sure you have the box checked that says share my weather data. You will enter your Device ID/ Mac address. Below that you will click share now. Under status you will then see My AcuRite Sharing: Data sending. Once it says that that the data is sending you should see the information on My AcuRite transmitting.  Please log into your My AcuRite account and make sure your information is updating.

I have confirmed all of the things you mentioned but the data on MyAcurite dashboard is still not current and indicates the last update was 10/31/17.  I'd like to send you some screenshots so you can see what I'm seeing. Is there a way for me to do that?
