My PC connect seems to be working but is no longer reporting in my data log folder. I tried to re-download the software but it is still not creating reports on the excel spreadsheet. I have green light on with my acurite and can see my data online. Any suggestions?
Are you referring to that you are not getting a CSV file? Do you have it scheduled for automatic transfers or do you have it set up for a manual transfer to your computer on the data transfer? Can you please provide a screen shot of the software so we can see what you are seeing? You can grey out your device ID since that is personal information. Thank you.
Hi, Yes, I am referring to the CSV file. I have to open the PC connect and change the data transfer time and open where I want the file to go in order for it to create a new file and start recording again. I do have it set to report automatically. I just do not understand why it stops reporting. Also, when I look at my weather display, I am seeing different numbers than what I see reported in the dashboard of myacurite on line. As an example, My display currently shows the barometric pressure as 29.85MmHg and the Dashboard is showing 27.99MmHg
