My PC connect seems to be working but is no longer reporting in my data log folder. I tried to re-download the software but it is still not creating reports on the excel spreadsheet. I have green light on with my acurite and can see my data online. Any suggestions?

Hello Mark,

Are you referring to that you are not getting a CSV file? Do you have it scheduled for automatic transfers or do you have it set up for a manual transfer to your computer on the data transfer? Can you please provide a screen shot of the software so we can see what you are seeing? You can grey out your device ID since that is personal information. Thank you.

Hi, Yes, I am referring to the CSV file.  I have to open the PC connect and change the data transfer time and open where I want the file to go in order for it to create a new file and start recording again. I do have it set to report automatically.  I just do not understand why it stops reporting.  Also, when I look at my weather display, I am seeing different numbers than what I see reported in the dashboard of myacurite on line.  As an example, My display currently shows the barometric pressure as 29.85MmHg and the Dashboard is showing 27.99MmHg

Hello Mark,

When the display stops sending data to the CSV do you disconnect from My AcuRite?  Do you get an error message on the PC Connect software? The display goes through a 14-33 day learning mode where it will learn your altitude and adjust the barometric pressure accordingly. When using PC Connect, the barometric pressure reading is raw data going to My AcuRite.  We recommend calibrating the reading in the PC Connect software under 'Preferences' calibrate Readings. Thank you.
