Since the windows 10 update in November my pc connect doesn’t detect the display. Have to uninstall software and reinstall and it will then detect the display. Thought the first time would fix it but had to reinstall again. Doing a modify or repair doesn’t work. It’s a 5 in 1.
Please verify your display is on Mode 3 and try a new USB cord and/or a different port on your computer. If the issue continues we would recommend to factory reset your display. To do so, press and hold the reset button located inside the battery compartment of the display unit for 10-12 seconds or until your display clears completely. NOTE** this will clear all historical data. Please let us know if the issue continues. Thank you.
