payment rejection

For 4 days now, cannot complete a payment on the web site.  The phone support is a joke.  I was on hold waiting for an hour yesterday, and I was the 5th person on line.  I cannot spend hours waiting on a phone line.  Please fix the web site checkout process!

Finally got through to customer service - only a half hour of waiting!   Ordered over the phone.  They are having problems with certain email domains, mine being one of them - outlook.com.
