Like so many others, I get the "Payment authorization rejection from the processor" message when trying to order online. I call the 1-262-249-3259 number provided and get a recorded message that "there are currently system issues" and my call can't be connected. What a joke of a company AcuRite is. You end-of-life my current hub, give me a discount on the new version (thank you) then won't let me buy it or even be able to connect to anyone at AcuRite. I honestly think they are purposely failing to take orders and calls so all of the folks they offered the discount to can't order the new version. Time to look for a new product.
