Out of the box will not configure

I have purchased a 06002M wireless temperature and Humidity sensor bundle.  I followed the install directions to the letter.  The blue light on the Access blinks, then turns solid.  I see that it must connect to my router at 10 or 100 mbps as the link light on my netgear AC1900 Router is amber.
However, when I go to www.myaccurite.com to register it does not register.  I enter all the information required, but it just gets stuck there and never moves on.  I tried calling for tech support to no avail.  I was 27 in the queue, left a call back.   They called back 2 days later when I was not on site with the device.  I tried to make an arrangement for another call back when I could be there, to no avail.  You need better support.  Real time.

We are very sorry for any inconvenience you have experienced. I see you had been in contact with a member of the AcuRite Loyalty Team on 2/19/18 and they were able to get you connected. With the Device ID that was listed on your case, I was able to locate an account under a different name and email. Is that correct?
