Ordering issues

Not able to order online or reach a customer representative - this has been going on for over 2 weeks.  Online will not accept any credit cards, tried multiple times - same issue address does not match.  Phone line i have been as close as number one in the queue for over 2 hours.    I even have a ticket in with the question and they have said they will get back with me but i just get emails saying there will be a delay. Anyone have any suggestions on how to order?? Help!!

After being in the queue for over 1 1/2 hours i finally was connected to representative.  I was told that AcuRite is having an issue with users that are using @outlook.com as their email provider.  I was able to place my order using yahoo.com.  Outlook.com has over 400 million users so it is quite surprising that they are having an issue with outlook.com.

How can you expect a company to actually have a system that can handle EMAIL?  Yet people keep ordering and none of this is a "red flag" to them.  Good luck if the "new ones" all start having problems because they will be made with cheap parts/circuit boards.

I’ve now been calling for two weeks with a total of about 20 hrs of my time. I even twice to number 1 on hold. No luck ordering. Lately it’s been technical glitches. I don’t know what else to do. I want the new Hub but can’t buy it.
