Ordered or not?

Customer support never answers when I call. I've waited on hold for hours just to get disconnected.  One time I did get through, they said my order number was 100326880 but then nothing was shipped, nothing billed, no email verification. I was just sent the "10 Days Left to Redeem your AcuRite Access Code" email again, even though I supposed already ordered...  Is my product ordered or not?
