What happened to this order? I received an order confirmation but no further communication. My credit card appears not to have been charged. I forgot to put the HARDWORK Labor Day 15% sale code in, replied to the order email and got a reply saying the email inbox is not monitored. I can find no email address for Acurite anywhere. What sort of company doesn't have an email address, are you for real? And by the way it's 5th September so it's not August 30th tomorrow as your website incorrectly states. Never mind forecast the weather, you can't even forecast the date! :-)

Your product looks interesting but already I have a very bad feeling about your company. Can you alleviate that?

Hello Ashley,

At this time we do not offer an email for support. We see your order is picked meaning it is on the way to being shipped. Your card will not be charged until the order has been shipped.  Once the order has been invoiced, we will refund 15% off the order price.  I am not sure where you saw the incorrect date on our website?  If we are showing incorrect information anywhere we want to get this issue corrected.  Thank you.
