While submitting an order, I received a window stating a "cvv error" occurred, but when I tried to submit again I received a window stating the "email already exists" and the process failed. I never received an order number or confirmation for the order and the item is currently still listed in my shopping cart, however, my credit card company texted me that the charge went through. I have been charged by Acurite for the product, but my account shows to orders as being placed. What do I do? I'm concerned that if I resubmit the order I will be charged a second time for the product and I don't even know that the order will be processed or only charged to my credit card again.
