Order #100296791 purchased on 12/11/17 why did it not contain the new style hub?

I ordered a new station to replace my older model on 12/11/17. Why did it not contain the new style hub? If you are dropping the older hub in August less that a year from when I purchased the new unit why two months later do I have to spend more money? Not a good way to treat an old customer or any customer for that matter. I will be buying another brand when this one goes bad.
