Nothing works

I recently replaced my 5-in-1 unit.  Both blue lights are on on the hub, but nothing is coming through to the web page.  On the hub's built-in web page it shows that the 5-in-1 is connected.  The MAC address is 24C86E0*****(removed by admin due to privacy concerns)  Can you see anything?  What's the problem?

Bob the hub is seeing your new 5 in 1 but did your add the new sensor to your myacurite dashboard?  settings / devices / bottom of page available sensors.
