Not sure if a purchase of Access went through

First - it's foolish that there is no support email for shopping cart issues like this.

I just tried to complete the purchase of upgrade to the all-new AcuRite® AccessTM but the website crashed with the following:

Request ID: hg4hCmX-PVZwrPsMZJvbBN9pZCyp-c7RX8IIHJhOlGjuEDSZcnaKPQ==
The purchase went through on my credit card. I did not get any email, and my order history does not have it listed. Calling the general phone number (again - no email??) finds it busy - busy!

So what next?
