Not getting email alerts

I'm no longer getting my email alerts. It had stopped with my SmartHub but I didn't look into it because I had a Access on the way. It arrived yesterday and it was easy to get it up and running but I'm still not getting my email alerts. Everything looks the same as it did when it was working.

Looking at your account, I can see everything is set up as it should be to receive email alerts. Has this issue been resolved?  Have you looked in your junk or spam folder? Thank you.

Rachell, yes this has been resolved. After installing the new hub I went through all my settings and found one that was wrong and now I'm getting my alerts once again via email.
