No Tracking information for order 100319548

 My wife ordered an AcuRiteAccess for me on Feb, 14th. We have no idea what the status of this order is. So how about someone do their job and fill me in on the status of order number 100319548 before I am forced to call my credit card company and stop payment?

No phone support to speak of, no online support to speak of, and zero help here. Really?

I guess it's time to cancel this order, put this Acurite weather station in the garbage where it belongs, and order a new system from Davis.

Same here, no status on order. Ordered Feb 16 in the morning hours, received order confirmation.......and that's where it has stopped.

I finally got the tracking information this morning. According to the tracking info, the shipping label was printed 3 days ago...and as of 1pm today, my order is still sitting in Acurite's warehouse.

Look closely at the approximate arrival date....lol

Well, apparently the order that was supposed to be here yesterday...MIGHT make it here Thursday.  After 6 days...it's finally in the hands of the USPS.

So 1-3 days in Acurite time....translates to 6-8 days normal people time.
