No MAC address on the 06037M Display!!!

I have an 02032MW ( 06004, 060037M ) with an 06052 and an 06003RM/5n1DSSA.

The unit has been installed and appears to be functioning properly. However, after downloading the AcuRite PC Connect software I discovered that I cannot complete my PC connect and Sharing because there is NO MAC address label on the back of the 06037M Display unit.

Please Help!

Rachel, yes I contacted the support team by phone and they assigned a MAC address for my unit.
Thank you for your response though. I understand that you are quite busy with the ACCESS rollout.
