No green or amber lights on Hub

Hub (less than year old) stopped reporting. So after investigation I noticed there are no green or amber lights on hub so it is not connecting to modem. I have replaced the cable and verified all ports are working on my modem.....still no go....suggestions?

check the outlet and the power supply. the green light is a power light.

It has power, both blue lights are on.
