No Discount

I recently got an email from the Acurite Team to receive a discount if I upgraded from the SmartHub to the new Access.  I followed the links on the email, entered the discount code from the email and placed my order.  My order was shipped and received, but my credit card was charged full price, no discount applied.  Can someone point me in the right direction to get my discount?  Thanks in advance.
