I ordered an acurite system with a smart hub and 3 sensors through Amazon (first mistake). The system arrived in October and the smart hub was DOA. I called Acurite support (second mistake) and they verified that the hub was defective and promised to send a replacement. A month later I still didn't have a replacement so I called again. This time I was told the smart hub was on backorder and would be shipped the first week of December. It is now January 4 and I have not received a replacement or any information about when it will be shipped. Does AcuRite not pay attention to their customers. I tried to get a refund but because this dragged out for more than 30 days I am no longer eligible for a refund. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience and I am now stuck with a boxful of useless electronic equipment plus I'm out the $100 that I paid for the system. If there was a way to rate their customer service I would give them a -10!
