no customer support

i cant get a display to show on computer i have tried the Phone # on the owners manual, it is out of service, i called the on line phone # and after waiting for 35 minutes and only moving from # 55 to #51 i opted for the call back option after 5 hours and no call back, i tried  again and i moved from # 44 to #22 after 1 hour 37 minutes on hold and still waiting i sent an email for support over 6 hours ago and no response, i decided i wanted to return it since i cant get customer support and called the waranty and return Phone # and got a recording that it was out of service they gave me another # and it wont even connnect or ring. Wow what a company i will call my credit card company and have them issue a refund and charge back to acurite , I am also posting their customer support negative reviews everywhere and contacting BBB. Never saw such bad or non existent customer support

Ronald looking at your post is your display the blue screened unit that comes with the 01500?

Oh that is a PC connect display I cant really be much help to you on that sorry I don't know to much about them just a couple of things I'm sure you have downloaded the PC connect software for your computer be it windows or ios.  And you have this     https://www.acurite.com/media/manuals/my-acurite-pc-connect-instructions.pdf
