No contact with acurite. They will not answer their phone.

Called to order part. First call (15 min)- no answer. Second call (again) - no answer Third cal; - a lady said 'hello' and hung up. forth call - no answer. Next day - first call no answer, second call left call back number - have not gotten a return call.  Went to return $79 dollar unit would cost me $39 dollars. Acurite has stuck it to me. Yes I am upset. My next move is to give them all the bad revues and publicity they now have earned.

We are sorry to hear this. We do apologize that this happened. We would be happy to get this corrected for you. Did you already return your equipment? Where was it purchased at? What is the model number of your product, and what is the replacement part you were ordering? We sincerely apologize this happened. This is not how we treat our customers.
