No charts available for the selected date range...

Recently I migrated from "AcuRite AcuLink" to "Acurite Access".
I have 5-in-1 sensor connected to that and on "old days" all things worked perfect - station worked perfect and widget on my smartphone showen me the actual conditions of the weather.
On demand I also could see the charts by smartphone and/or WEB. 

When the new AcuRite Access" was connected, the first time all looked and worked Ok, but during last two weeks I can't see the charts for "Today", "24 hour", "Year" and "All time" options (on that case there is a message "No charts available for the selected date range." appeared instead of the charts).
When I select the ranges "7 days" and "31 days" all working Ok (the charts are shown).

Any idea how to fix this issue?
