Had to get the new hub since they were shutting down the old one. Old one worked great. New one works but on chart data it shows no chart data for current and 24 hrs. Charts show up at 7 day and 31 day. Why are those charts not working.
I have a similar situation. I have no solution, only more details to help in diagnosing. I ran both the old and new hub as a test. Data was good. Some times, various sensors would go offline with both hubs, although rarely would the same sensor go offline with both hubs at the same time. Hubs were located about 15 feet from each other. My 3 sensors are a year old 5n1 weather station and two compatible inexpensive sensors. One of the inexpensive sensors was outdoors on a porch and the other in an indoor setting about 15 feet away from a hub.
All of the above discussion is concerning the MyAcurite app and/or website. EVEN THOUGH MYACURITE SAYS THE 5N1 IS OFFLINE, WEATHER UNDERGROUND IS RECEIVING GOOD DATA EVERY 5 MINUTES. I do not understand this as the data goes through the MyAcurite servers to get to the Weather Underground servers. HOW CAN IT BE GOOD ON THE END SERVER (WEATHER UNDERGROUND) WHEN THE MIDDLE SERVER IS REPORTING OFFLINE?
I could completely ignore MyAcurite but Weather Underground does not report the multiple sensors (my porch and an interior room), nor would I want the world to know this data. I use this data when away from home.
I am having the same issue after "upgrading" from the Hub to Access. In myAcurite I see the current state of all sensors, but not chart data. My 5in1 is 'rapid fire' updating to Wunderground w/o issues. Never had this issue w/ the Hub.
