no chart data avalible

My online app says that there is no chart data available and it seems to have some of the values for temp and humidity wrong as well. I've read though these forms and tried quite a few things. i.e. I enabled sharing, restarted the hub and router, manually updated the data set and I tried resetting some of the sensors to see if that was the problem. So far none of that has worked. I could use some help cause I'm coming up empty handed.

Thanks

I have an update.

Now it will not update any of the values for any of my sensors. They all seem to be stuck on the readings from last week.

No chart data come from having the sensor go offline.  The 2 most common causes: Batteries are weak and poor signal level (or interference).   Do you have a Local (LCD) display? is that good? What model is your Internet connected device? SmartHub or Access?

Hmm I can check the batteries, but all 7 of the sensors stopped working at the same time, so perhaps the signal is bad? All of the sensors have LCD displays that seem to be recording the correct temp and humidity. We have a smart hub not access.

I would log directly (using the 192.168.x.y assigned by DHCP) into the Smarthub and see what the status chart shows for all sensors.
