No chart data available

My 5 in one is attached to USB and shows connected in the app and data sending however in myacurite it shows "No chart data available" and also in the IOS app it says "No charts available for the selected date range". The LCD display on the hub is fine too it is accurate and is working fine. I rebooted everything and even tried setting up on a different PC. Not sure what else to try...

Yes my PC is on 24/7 and never sleeps and yes my sharing is set to "on"...

We see you are currently updating on My AcuRite.  What date range are you trying to view in the Charts and Details?  Are you only seeing this on the iOS app? Thank you and have a great day!

Hello Andrew & Rafael,

We are currently experiencing a lag on My AcuRite due to heavy volume of people on the website. This has caused some problems with the charts & details. We are currently looking into this and will update the users on the community forum. We are expecting things to go back to normal once the holiday rush is done.  Thank you. Enjoy your day!

The last data available is from  9/26/2017.  Today is 9/29/2017.  Is the system down or lagging? Thank you.

I have tried to change my Profile email to my product registration email but your site says my email address is already in use.  Please use the same email name but change it to Hotmail.com instead of gmail. Thank you.

System not working for 2 weeks now. My 5 in 1 is reporting to WU and my in home display. But My Acurite shows the wrong info, no chart data, etc. Acurite claimed it was due to too much traffic and that after the holidays it should be ok. When after the 1st it still didn't work they said by the end of the week it would be ok. Well, it's Friday and it still doesn't work. Gadgets that don't work are very aggravating. Please do something to fix this problem.
